If there is a shortfall on your policy, we will of course discuss this with you and it may be that a good case could be made to the insurance company as Paediatric Endoscopy is different from Adult Endoscopy and therefore charges are commensurately higher. A dialogue can occur with regards to these issues and it remains our highest imperative that your child is successfully and properly treated and financial issues are of secondary importance.
